Speaking of IHOP...IHOP is again celebrating National Pancake Day February 23 from 7am-10pm, by dishing out (semi) free short stacks of pancakes (3 pancakes per customer).
I say semi free because it is indeed free, but IHOP does ask that you CONSIDER making a donation to support children's hospitals.
Again participating locations may vary, call ahead...closer to time of course.
